Front Door Host/Hostess (Part-time 18-24 hours per week)

Job Description:

As a Host/Hostess at Royal Coster Diamonds, you will be the first point of contact, greeting and welcoming our clients.
You will be expected to dress neatly and make a good impression to our clients.
You will help them to register at our Front Desk.
You will be the first point of contact for ‘passing-by’ Customer – your presentation is very important.
You will be introducing the company to passersby and inviting them inside the Polishing Factory.
You will be identifying groups in advance according to our “Group Appointment List” and inform the Front Desk in advance.
You must be kind, friendly and customer oriented.

Job Requirements:

Fluent knowledge of the English language is necessary and a fluent/good knowledge of one or more of the following languages like Spanish, French, German are an advantage.
You have good communication skills and affinity with sales.
You are prepared to work 3-4 days a week, flexibility required.
Working hours: 9:45 -16:15 (6 working hours daily with ½ hour lunch break). You will be scheduled to work 2 weekends per month
You live in Amsterdam or in the immediate vicinity
